Beautiful New Homes manages and runs the specialized division of Masterton Homes providing a unique service to Masterton clients.

We know that today’s fast pace lifestyle often mean many people don’t have the time to spend hunting around for their dream design so we are happy to do the hard work for you – travel to you and discuss your requirements, guiding you though the wide range of homes available, explaining the features of each and outlining your alternative floor plan options.

At Masterton we’re constantly coming up with innovative and contemporary designs to suit changes in the housing market. Our Ingenious Homes can adapt to most blocks, effectively making use of available space as well as imposing a striking street presence. Our ranges suit every type of family and lifestyle. With our new duplex ranges and out duet granny flat series now available we also cater to multigenerational living as well as providing unique investment opportunities for our customers.

In some cases where the plan presented to Masterton Homes is considered a full custom design then Masterton may request a nominal Quotation Fee made payable to Masterton Homes to cover the site inspection and the custom budget quotation. Of course, if a Quotation Fee was charged and if you decide to proceed with Masterton Homes the quotation Fee only will be deducted off the quoted price.

 

Occasionally, Masterton may view the Custom Plans and decide the Custom Plan that has been prepared is outside there scope of works and Masterton may not be able to provide a quotation.
