As we all know that house building process is not easy one and definitely it isn’t for
us. It took us a considerable amount of time to decide which builder and which
consultant to build with. After we weighed a few builders and home styles we finally
decided to choose Michael Azzopardi at BNH to build our Masterton Home. No
doubt this decision has proven it is 100% correct as we are approaching toward the
end of the pre-construction period.
During this process, Michael had helped us to “tailor made” our new home based
on the conditions of our site and preferences. He had demonstrated his wide range
of building knowledge and had gone great length to help us reaching maximum
features and benefits and as well great satisfaction for us. Without Michael’s
contribution I really couldn’t imagine where we would have ended up with by now. I
am now so glad that we have been fortunate choosing Michael guiding us through

An update on where we are at. Finally at Production Estimation. Demolition was about 6
weeks ago. Was hoping we would have a slab before shutdown, but not likely now. We would like to thank Michael at BNH for guiding us through the initial stages of signing up
with Masterton. Michael and his Team were always readily available to answer any queries
we had. A special thanks to Kirsty who is such a great support within the Team. We will keep you informed of our progress.

It has been a while since we last corresponded, but we wanted to let you know that
construction of our house has been progressing well.
Most of the external work has been completed and we are hoping to get to lock up stage
before year end.
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team (Tanya, Christine, Kirsty) for
the wonderful assistance you have provided to date. It has been an absolute pleasure
dealing with you all.
Our relationship with you started in 2012 when our plans to build our dream home were just at inception stage, and during this whole process you and your team have been nothing but professional, courteous, extremely helpful and reliable for any issue that has occurred.
We were initially concerned about dealing with such a big organization where we thought we might just be a ‘number, not a name’. It was also a gamble wanting to build a home in a suburb where Council generally do not favour Project Homes, however being able to deal with a team of professionals whom are fully conversant with Willoughby Council regulations has been a great advantage and having a small team for whom we can go straight to for any issue has made the building process so much easier and manageable. No issue was too big or too small for you and your team and we appreciated the time, effort and guidance you have provided along the way and continue to do so. We have also been very pleased and impressed with the wider team at Masterton. We are currently being supported by Donna McDougall (our Construction Co-ordinator) who is very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, as has been previous Coordinators (namely Christine Dalton whom we also regard very highly).
We have been assigned Nathan Slonim as our Site Manager and have been equally
impressed with Nathan. He is always willing to give us an update on the stage of
construction and has been very timely in his deliverables. Nathan is very approachable,
professional and knowledgeable and always makes time to explain what’s happening.
We are pleased with the way the construction process has progressed to date and are
hopeful our house will be built in a timely manner.

We have been toying with the Idea of building a house with Masterton for a long time ....we finally decided to commit and brought a block of land at Oran Park...we then visited a lot of Home Display villages but when we saw the Prelude Exclusive at Kellyville we fell in love with it...next step...finding out if it would fit on our land...we then went to Masterton Homes at Warwick Farm and met up with Jacob Azzopardi....Jacob is amazing....( at the time it was very overwhelming for us) ...Jacob was very thorough and nothing was a problem for him....he showed us that our House would fit on our block...yay....
He then arranged for a site inspection....(in the meantime we went out to PGH bricks at Schofields to pick our bricks and fascias and Down pipes, etc...the staff at PGH bricks were amazing too and very helpful....we were very much out of our comfort zone ...)
We then paid the $3900...
Our plans were drawn up and we had a meeting with Jacob to make sure everything was as it should be ....
Last week we signed our HIA Building Agreement....and paid our deposit.....
We couldn't have done any of this if wasn't for the help of Jacob and the amazing staff at Masterton Homes....if we had a question we could just ring Jacob anytime ...he would always ring us back or email us....and thank you Jean for your lovely coffee and Thank you to Kirsty and Joe too .....
Hopefully our plans go through DA very quickly....we are very excited can't wait to see our beautiful Masterton Home when it's finished....again a big Thank you to Jacob and The Warwick Farm staff....

From the moment we met Jacob he has been very helpful. We originally went to Masterton with an idea, and after speaking to Jacob he came up with a different concept that we love.
Any questions we had he answered, we could contact him at anytime and if he was unavailable he would get back to us as soon as he could with the answers we needed. If it wasn't for for Jacob we would not have gone with Masterton.

We have just completed our Build with Masterton and could not be happier. The service from the front line right to completion has been amazing.
We had Jacob Azzopardi as our Sales Agent who was just fantastic in dealing with our requests and changes. Pre Construction was a breeze working with Michael and Christine, who ensured that the Approval process moved quickly and easily. Brett was our Site Supervisor and he really did an amazing job on the build, we could not be happier and it is everything we hoped for. Janie was our Construction Coordinator who helped us with any questions we had throughout the build and really went above and beyond with any requests or queries we had. Brett and Janie ensured there were no complications during the build and what we found to be a stressful time with another builder, proved to be smooth sailing with Masterton Homes.

Can’t speak highly enough of him! Our Duplex has only just started ,at this stage there have been a few delays ,hopefully things will progress quickly in future unless the rain and Covid persist to present problems! Cannot comment on any other things as we have just started our build !
